Job Summary: Service Technician (Winter On-Call Night Shift)
This role involves providing maintenance and repair services for propane, oil, and A/C appliances to residential and commercial customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Work Schedule:
- Winter (Nov 1 - Mar 1): Night shift, Monday to Friday, 5 PM - 7 AM, with no on-call stipend. Overtime is paid if over 40 hours per week.
- Summer (Mar 2 - Oct 31): Varies between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with weekends and on-call rotation.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on heating systems, propane/oil appliances, and tanks.
- Diagnose and explain mechanical/electrical issues to customers, recommending solutions and additional services.
- Drive company vehicles safely to service calls, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure vehicle upkeep.
- Participate in training, seminars, and teamwork.
- Maintain high customer service standards and company brand values.
Qualifications:
- NH Gasfitter’s license, CETP training, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Safe driving record and exceptional customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and company software.
Physical Demands:
- Regularly lifting up to 50 lbs, occasionally over 100 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and work in high places.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to varying weather, fumes, and mechanical hazards.
Additional Requirements:
- Must pass drug screening, background check, and be able to use electronic devices.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
