Role Overview:
As a Business Development Director, you will identify and contact potential clients through websites, phone calls, and LinkedIn networking. This role is ideal for entrepreneurs who can cover their expenses while building a sales pipeline. We provide full support in sales, marketing, and logistics to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue targets.
- Leverage websites, phone calls, and LinkedIn for client outreach.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners.
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Commercial Director and the President of Biodegradable Future in the U.S. to ensure sales strategies align with the company’s goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for effective promotional campaigns.
- Market Expansion:
- Conduct market research to stay competitive and on top of trends.
- Build partnerships that increase market presence and drive growth.
- Attend industry events to boost brand awareness.
- Sales Operations:
- Manage the sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Implement effective sales processes and monitor market trends for adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in business development or sales, ideally within the sustainability or biodegradable product sectors.
- A strong industry network and experience in strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with execution capabilities.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to positive environmental impact.
