Position Overview:

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance, drive quality improvements, and ensure regulatory standards are consistently met. You’ll also contribute to the development and implementation of robust quality assurance systems and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth quality assurance testing and validation to ensure product integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline and implement quality-focused process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation such as test plans, inspection reports, and audit records.
- Conduct routine audits and inspections to support compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on QA best practices.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, areas of risk, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years in a quality assurance role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and quality systems in a regulated environment.
