Job Description

To approach the overall Wholesale market segment for the Minor Hotels Sales from a strategic perspective:
- Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of the NH Maldives Kuda Rah and that you are able to effectively articulate this positioning in the marketplace by producing entertaining or educational material.
- Maintain and contribute all information to any media using digital and offline content catering uniquely to target audience groups.
- Maintain and update a personal up-to-date knowledge on NH Maldives Kuda Rah product and service offerings, and the products, services, rates and new developments of key competitors, and an awareness of general industry trends along with Marketing personnel and other members of the department.
- Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics, photographs) with relevant tone and style and adhering to the respective style guides.
- Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts, incorporate blog and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
- Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaigns or gain inspiration necessary for themes related to content.
- Suggest new ways to promote the resort offerings and to reach the consumers.
- Liaise effectively with all operational Team Members, providing support and information to ensure accurate delivery of our promise
- Drive opportunities to upsell and cross-sell NH Maldives Kuda Rah products
- Maintain a full working knowledge of the IT support tools used in the world of sales today, including sales-specific software, property PMS, the Microsoft Office toolset, Liveroom, photoshop and all other related softwares and apps.
- Ensure that all administration is processed quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of experience in leading public relations team with evidence track record
- Experience in hotel or tourism business is beneficial
- Flexible to travel occasionally
- Able to work under deadlines and pressure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Team player with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Should have qualifications matching to position applying for.
- A positive and energetic attitude.
- Be able to work under pressure & flexible to work within a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent team player.
