At this time we are seeking a Central Administrative Assistant for our Londonderry, NH Terminal.
Hours – 8:30am – 5:00pm / $18.00 an hour
This position is working at the corporate level of the company and will be cross trained so there is no lapse on coverage. The position is in a fast-paced environment and candidates need to be comfortable with this. This environment is also very team based and candidates will need to get along well with others as you will be part of team and will work as a team.
As a central Administrative Assistant, responsibilities include but are limited to the following:
- Customer service support, shipment statuses and general inquires.
- Rating/Data Entry
- Assist and support multiple departments
Qualifications:
- Must be efficient with Microsoft office.
- Transportation experience a plus but not necessary.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be good at organizational and communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented.
