Responsibilities:
- Primary on phones in an often high-volume call setting
- Greet walk-in clients and direct them accordingly to either an in-office agent or set the client up in a conference room for remote agency support.
- Retrieving, sorting, scanning, and distributing mail for all office locations, including outgoing mail.
- Project support
- Event planning
- Process payments from customers
