What You’ll Do
- ADLs: hygiene, mobility, safe transfers
- Meals, light housekeeping, reminders
- Observe, document, and escalate changes
- Deliver consistent, relationship‑based care
Must-Haves
- CNA/HHA or equivalent experience preferred
- Background check & work authorization
- Reliable transportation; punctual, professional
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
