Bank of New Hampshire is seeking a Marketing Administrator to provide essential support to our Marketing Department. A typical day in this role might involve drafting content for internal and external communications—both physical and digital—such as marketing letters, press releases and correspondence. You’ll also assist with scheduling appointments, supporting internal and external events, and contributing to a variety of marketing initiatives.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Teamwork: You work well both independently and as part of a team, actively contributing to group discussions in team meetings.
- Initiative: You’re a self-starter with a proactive attitude and a willingness to ask questions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, personable and professional, you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues, community contacts and customers.
- Collaboration: You’re eager to build positive relationships with fellow members of the Bank of New Hampshire team, as well as community partners and customers.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products—such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator—is preferred, along with familiarity with web-based tools like Canva.
- Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp attention to detail and are proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, and PowerPoint). You’re comfortable using standard office equipment and navigating the internet with ease.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization and proven time management abilities are essential. You’re solution-oriented and quality-driven.
- Experience: Previous experience in communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Driver’s License: You must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, and possess a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive for job duties.
