We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support the management of three small businesses. This is a hybrid position based in Southern New Hampshire, offering flexible hours that are ideal for parents or professionals seeking part-time work.

Responsibilities

Manage administrative tasks across three small businesses
Handle bookkeeping and financial tracking (QuickBooks – proficiency required, no training provided)
Manage calendars, emails, and communications
Assist with document preparation and reporting
Utilize AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows
Maintain organized digital filing systems
Support general operational needs as they arise

Qualifications

Proficient in QuickBooks (experience required)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Comfortable and proficient using AI tools for business productivity
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Reliable and trustworthy

Position Details

Flexible schedule (daytime hours preferred)
