We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to manage our accounts receivables, payables, and payroll. The responsibilities for this position includes all the accounting and general administrative activities of the office. This position includes Human Resource activities such as payroll processing, benefits, and other related activities.

Responsibilities

Perform accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment application, and collection requests
Perform accounts payable processes including vendor invoice processing and check/ACH payment administration
Reconcile account balances and bank statements
Journal entries and General Ledger maintenance
Oversee the administration of employee benefit programs including payroll processing, insurance, and other related activities

Required Qualifications

2-Year college degree or higher in Accounting/Business Administration
3-Years of related experience
Expertise in Office365
