Job Overview
As a skilled Carpenter specializing in exterior projects, you will perform high-quality installations and repairs of:

Decks, porches, and exterior wood structures
Siding, trim, exterior doors, and window frames
Roof components and associated exterior fixtures

You’ll work directly with homeowners and our expert team to ensure each project reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, durability, and aesthetic excellence.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and material lists
Construct and install framing, decks, porches, siding, and decorative woodwork
Install windows and doors, ensuring proper sealing and alignment
Perform precise trim installation and exterior finishing
Repair and replace structural components while maintaining integrity
Collaborate with crew members to complete exterior remodeling tasks
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain an organized worksite
Communicate with clients and project leads on timelines, materials, and any issues
Ensure workmanship aligns with company quality standards and warranty requirements

Skills

Proven experience in carpentry, particularly exterior work (decks, siding, trim, roofing, window & door installation)
Ability to read blueprints and layout work accurately
Skilled in measuring, cutting, fastening, and installing a variety of materials
Familiarity with residential construction codes and safety standards
Effective time management and communication skills
Capable of lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in varied conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel across NH
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship in remodeling or renovation projects.
