Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to Telemetry patients.
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.

Qualifications

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience
Strong cardiac monitoring and acute care nursing skills

Licensure & Certifications

Active Compact RN License required
BLS Certification required
ACLS Certification required

Assignment Details

Location: Portsmouth, NH
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts
Schedule: 36 Hours per Week
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend (1:2 rotation)
