We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Information Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate information and support to clients and customers through various communication channels. This position requires excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Maintain and update databases with customer information and interactions.
Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and escalate problems when necessary.
Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research as needed to answer customer questions or resolve issues.
Prepare reports and documentation related to customer interactions and feedback.
Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to provide informed support.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service or information clerk role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

The pay range for this role is:
27.90 - 33.10 USD per hour(Remote (Merrimack, New Hampshire, US))
