Hillsbrook Village is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our overnight team. This role is ideal for someone who prefers a more structured, lower-interruption environment and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and resident safety.

You will play a key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-monitored environment while supporting residents and the clinical team during overnight hours.

What You’ll Do

Medication and Resident Care Support

Administer medications in accordance with certification, state regulations, and community policy
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
Assist with activities of daily living as needed during overnight hours
Support resident comfort, safety, and dignity throughout the shift

Overnight Monitoring and Safety

Perform routine rounds to ensure resident well-being and building safety
Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely, professional manner
Assist with early morning routines and transitions to day shift

Documentation and Compliance

Accurately document care provided, medication administration, and observations
Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures

Team Support

Communicate clearly with the on-shift nurse and incoming team
Participate in shift report and ensure continuity of care
Support a respectful, professional, and team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For

Current MNA certification in New Hampshire
Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care preferred
Strong attention to detail, especially with medication administration
Ability to work independently and stay focused overnight
Calm, reliable, and professional demeanor
Strong observational and communication skills
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
