Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Project Manager role located in Laconia, NH. The Assistant Project Manager will support project execution from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include assisting in project scheduling, coordinating logistics, facilitating inspections, maintaining project documentation, and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. The individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders, contribute to problem-solving, and uphold company standards for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Manager with day-to-day project administration
Track budgets, costs, and change orders
Maintain organized project documentation and logs
Assist with schedules, meeting notes, and follow-ups
Solicit subcontractor proposals and track bids
Assist with scope leveling, bid comparisons, and budget development

Software & Tools

Autodesk Build (or similar project management platforms)
Microsoft Project
Excel (heavy use)
Bluebeam

*Ability to learn new software quickly is more important than experience with any single platform.

Qualifications

1–3 years of construction-related experience
Strong computer and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management highly desirable
Valid driver’s license (occasional NH jobsite visits; mileage reimbursed)
