Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, making professionalism, discretion, and customer service paramount.

Duties

Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Operate phone systems to direct calls and take messages
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for document preparation and communication
Provide support by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly
Conduct bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
Support office management activities, including inventory control
Exhibit strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities effectively
Meet with employees, answer account questions, and assist with forms, etc.
Exercise discretion in dealing with confidential, personal information

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role with clerical responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently

Pay: $27.50 - $30.00 per hour
