Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities

Enter and update data in Quickbooks
Maintain accuracy when handling large volumes of data entry tasks, including order processing and record keeping
Organize and file digital records systematically to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with confidentiality standards
Perform basic math calculations to verify data accuracy and support data analysis activities using pivot tables and spreadsheets
Support data collection efforts by compiling information from various sources and ensuring completeness

Requirements

Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 10 key strokes per second for efficient data entry
Familiarity with office productivity software such as Word processing, spreadsheets, filing systems, and office equipment
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high levels of accuracy
Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculations
