Responsibilities

Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other digital platforms with speed and accuracy
Maintain and update records regularly, ensuring all information is current and complete
Verify data accuracy by reviewing source documents, transcriptions, and reports before entry
Organize files systematically through filing systems or digital folders for easy retrieval
Assist in data collection efforts by compiling information from various sources
Generate reports using tools like pivot tables in Microsoft Excel to analyze trends and summaries
Support order entry processes by accurately recording transactions and processing documentation

Requirements

Proven experience with data entry tasks in a clerical or administrative setting
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office applications, and familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Knowledge of databases, data collection methods, and basic math principles
Experience with transcription, filing, and organizing large volumes of information
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Prior office experience or administrative background preferred but not mandatory
