Overview

Hi, I am looking for someone to help us with the day to day operations of our construction company. You must be organized, outgoing and positive. We are a home based company with a detached office in a quiet neighborhood. Most of the work can be remote however it will require coming to the office for a few hours each week.

Duties

Handle calendar management and scheduling for construction projects, material ordering, and subcontractor coordination.
Perform data entry with Excel spreadsheets, maintain filing systems and track expenses by customer.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks utilizing QuickBooks Online.
Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive client communication experiences
Support office management functions such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining office equipment

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise
Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are a plus to assist diverse subcontractor needs effectively
Strong computer skills including data entry, proofreading, file management, and technical proficiency in productivity software

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
