SUMMARY:

Support municipal operations by coordinating in-house job preparation, managing shipments and receipts, and assisting with municipal builds, repairs, and on-site needs. Maintain organization, accuracy, and communication across internal teams

OFFICE HOURS:

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (May vary)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Co-manage in-house municipal jobs, including staging, organizing, and preparing materials.
Receive inbound municipal shipments and complete receipt of goods accurately and promptly.
Review inbound municipal shipments for completion, accuracy, and damage.
Communicate with the inside team to resolve any discrepancies related to municipal products or orders.
Assist with municipal shipments, deliveries, and outbound material coordination.
Manage material pick-ups and drop-offs as needed.
Support municipal on-site needs, including builds, repairs, installations, and breakdowns.
Maintain organization of municipal inventory, equipment, and staging areas

NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, completing necessary documentation, and handling freight claims.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
