What You’ll Do

Recruiting is a relationship-driven career, not just posting jobs online.

You will:

Build relationships with professionals across the building materials industry
Identify and recruit top talent for leadership and specialized roles
Conduct conversations with candidates about career opportunities
Partner with companies to understand hiring needs and market trends
Manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines
Learn to negotiate offers and guide candidates through career transitions
