Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel front desk during the night shift, ensuring all guest accounts are balanced and accurate.

Shifts: Wednesday - Saturday (11pm - 7am)

Duties:
- Conduct the night audit process to verify all financial transactions are accurately recorded
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with security procedures during the night hours
- Prepare daily reports for hotel management

Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous in interacting with diverse guests
