What You’ll Be Doing

Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and system tune-ups
Handle refrigeration, electrical, airflow, and mechanical diagnostics
Complete furnace, AC, heat pump, and related HVAC repairs
Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and solutions
Document work through mobile service software (notes, photos, job updates)
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Work independently in a fully equipped take-home vehicle
Collaborate with dispatch and installation teams when needed

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in residential HVAC service and repair (required)
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC systems
EPA Certification (required)
State gas fitter or HVAC-related licensing preferred/required depending on assignment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable using mobile apps/service software
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Positive attitude — culture fit is as important as technical ability
