Duties

Monitor profit and loss statements for each unit, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Oversee project management initiatives to streamline operations and improve efficiency across all locations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback from team members and implementing best practices.
Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
