Key Duties & Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, glassware, and equipment following established standards for a safe and hygienic environment
Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently, maintaining correct chemical levels and water temperatures
Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping, mopping, and managing trash disposal
Support the kitchen by stocking ingredients and supplies in proper storage locations
Follow food safety and handling protocols, including proper disposal of waste and cleaning chemicals
Collaborate with team members and assist with various tasks as needed to keep operations smooth

Skills & Requirements

Previous experience in a Dishwasher or Utility role is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and readiness to support the team
