WhatYou’llDo

As aMaintenance Technician, you will:

Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
Prepare apartments for new residents (turnovers)
Maintain grounds,common areas, and equipment
Identifyand resolve maintenance issues proactively
Coordinate with vendors and safely use tools/equipment

Experience Required for Your Success

What You Bring

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of maintenance experience
Experience in heat pulse, plumbing, electrical, appliance upkeep, and HVAC
Valid driver’s license
Flexibility for on-call rotation and after-hours needs
HVAC/EPA/CPO certification is a plus

Schedule & Requirements

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
On-call rotation (2 weeks on and 2 weeks off)
Flexibility for schedule adjustments as needed
