About The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Agent to join our Customer Support team. As an offsite agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective assistance through various communication channels. This full-time, hourly role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in English.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in English.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the problem, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to answer customer questions effectively.
- Adhere to department policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Work towards achieving personal and team performance goals, including response times and customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, customer support, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer support software, email platforms, and other digital tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying productive and accountable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends or holidays if required.
