Floater/Teacher Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in a classroom setting.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to ensure students understand and retain information.
- Monitor student progress and identify areas where students may require additional support.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Provide individualized support to students
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that respects the needs and abilities of all students.
Floater/Teacher Qualifications
- Experience preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individual
- Ability to provide individualized support to students with varying needs and abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and parents.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
