Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual to serve as a Showroom Consultant for our new showroom in Natick Ma. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for a local mom, college student, or anyone looking for a job that offers work-life balance and the opportunity to work in a creative and dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming customers to the showroom, guiding them through our products, and helping them visualize custom closet and storage solutions for their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers upon arrival and assist them in exploring our range of closet solutions, from designs to materials.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and design options to provide expert guidance and answer any customer questions.
- Consultation: Provide personalized consultations, understanding each customer's unique needs and offering design recommendations to best fit their space.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom clean, organized, and fully stocked with all necessary materials to create an inviting atmosphere.
- Scheduling Appointments: Assist with scheduling in-home consultations or design appointments with our professional designers.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients after showroom visits to ensure all questions are answered and to convert leads into sales.

Requirements:

Hours:
- Flexible hours, approximately 15-25 hours per week.
- Some weekend availability required (e.g., Saturdays).
