Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to select the best vehicle options that align with customers' needs and preferences.
Assist customers with financing options as needed, ensuring a smooth process.
Evaluate customer trades, assessing their condition and value to provide fair and competitive trade-in offers.
Determine customer creditworthiness by reviewing credit applications, obtaining credit reports, and comparing information against organization standards. Search lender systems, forward applications to lenders, confer with loan underwriters and processors, and obtain stipulations as needed. Approve or reject loans accordingly.
Ensure deals are funded promptly and efficiently.
Uphold dealership reputation by building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing questions, providing necessary information, resolving issues, and maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and assist others in maintaining compliance.
Safeguard customer confidentiality and support organizational stability through confidential information handling and compliance.
Support company goals by embracing new tasks and exploring opportunities to enhance job accomplishments.
Additional Responsibilities:
Ensure that customer follow-up is consistently conducted by sales representatives.
Oversee the business development process to strengthen customer relationships and reputation.
Serve as backup for the business office during peak times or days off.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2yrs prior Management Experience
Strong in CRM and Finance
Prior experience in high volume brand/dealerships
High School Diploma, General Math Skills, Organization, Financial Software,
