We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our Warehousing Division, a critical component of our daily operations and long-term success.
This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week) offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate / Driver supports warehouse operations and delivery logistics. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Prior warehouse or driving experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 lbs
- Accurately receive, inspect, and organize inventory
- Pick, pull, and fill customer orders with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment including stand-up forklifts and powered pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Work in varying temperatures (hot and cold conditions)
- Follow directions and company procedures
- Perform basic mathematical calculations related to inventory and orders
- Utilize computers for inventory and order processing
Driving & Delivery
- Safely operate a 26’ box truck as needed
- Navigate Boston and surrounding local cities efficiently and safely
- Properly operate lift gates to unload pallets
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to job sites
- Maintain professional relationships with on-site personnel
- Adhere to all DOT and company safety requirements
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- DOT medical card (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Excellent communication skills
