Our Founder is seeking a high-performance right-hand partner to support brand expansion, revenue initiatives, and daily execution across multiple business and nonprofit ventures — including the continued development and monetization of Flippin’ Live.
This is not a traditional assistant role.

You will work directly alongside the Founder — in office, in the field, and across strategic opportunities — helping build visibility, protect priorities, and execute initiatives with discipline and excellence.

Core Role Pillars1️⃣ Founder Operations & Executive Support
• Manage and protect the Founder’s calendar, travel, and daily priorities
• Assist with email oversight, followups, reminders and task execution
• Keep initiatives moving forward through structured follow-up
• Act as a professional point of contact for business partners
• Ensure daily operational discipline and scheduling efficiency
2️⃣ Flippin’ Live Development, Field Execution & Growth (Core Performance Area)
Flippin’ Live is a founder-driven, community-based media initiative focused on storytelling, local business features, and brand expansion.
This role will play an operational leadership role in growing and structuring the show.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and solicit local communities, businesses, nonprofits, and organizations to feature
• Develop compelling story angles and segment concepts
• Secure and schedule structured Flippin’ Live production days
• Maintain a 30+ day forward pipeline of scheduled features
• Develop run-of-show plans for each field production day
• Coordinate sponsor integrations within episodes
• Travel with the Founder to execute production
• Ensure every production day generates structured, usable content
• Skilled in behind the scenes video camera footage and editing for social media
• Mange editing and post-production for live and recorded feeds
• Turn one production day into multiple digital assets
Measurable Performance Expectations (Non-Negotiable)
Community & Business Development
• Secure 6–10 new featured business/community opportunities per month
• Schedule a minimum of 4 structured production days per month
• Maintain forward content calendar at least 30 days ahead
Content Production
• Minimum of 5 short-form video posts per week
• Minimum of 1 longer-form feature per week
• Each field day must produce 5–10 publishable content assets
• Post-production turnaround within 48–72 hours
Growth Metrics
• Achieve defined monthly follower growth targets
• Improve engagement and video retention over time
• Present monthly analytics review and strategy plan
Revenue & Sponsorship
• Initiate at least 2 new sponsor or partnership conversations per month
• Assist in development of sponsorship packages
• Support integration and fulfillment of brand partners
3️⃣ Brand Expansion & PR Initiatives
• Develop and execute content plans for social platforms, podcasts, speaking engagements, and PR
• Expand the Founder’s personal brand across multiple ventures
• Assist with collaborations and strategic brand partnerships
• Coordinate networking events, luncheons, ribbon cuttings, and community initiatives
• Manage event logistics and communication
4️⃣ Personal & Lifestyle Logistics (Professional & Structured)
• Support personal scheduling, errands, and coordination when necessary
• Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
• Protect and elevate the Founder’s personal and professional reputation

Commitment & Availability Expectations
This is not a traditional 9–5 role.
The Founder operates in real-time environments — field production, community events, business development, and strategic meetings — which require flexibility.
This role is best suited for someone in a life season where professional growth is a top priority and schedule adaptability is realistic.
High-impact opportunities are not always predictable.
Candidates with highly rigid outside commitments may find this role challenging.
