Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking a
Program Manager to oversee a student residence and lead a dedicated team of Youth Counselors, Community Leaders, and Assistant Program Managers. This is a leadership role where you’ll create a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for at-risk youth while mentoring staff and ensuring program excellence.

About Us:
Founded in 2003, MPA is a growing nonprofit alliance dedicated to helping adolescents discover their potential and succeed in life. We provide residential treatment, community-based programs, and special education services across New England.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily operations of a student residence
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with policies and treatment plans
- Coordinate recreational and educational activities for youth
- Maintain communication with clinical teams and document services accurately
- Oversee scheduling, time sheets, and facility needs
- Provide behavioral management and crisis intervention
- Foster a positive, therapeutic environment for youth and staff
Qualifications: - Required:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet safe driver guidelines
- 21+ years old
- Background check clearance
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years parenting experience
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
