Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join our growing team. This role supports the installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. This position offers hands‑on training, mentorship, and exposure to fire sprinkler fitting.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Maintenance
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes.
- Support senior technicians with pipefitting, layout, fabrication, and system assembly.
- Help install and service wet, dry, pre‑action, and other specialty fire protection systems.
Inspection & Testing
- Participate in the inspection and testing of fire sprinkler systems.
- Verify proper system operation and document all findings accurately.
- Assist with construction inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
System Design & Technical Support
- Engage in system design discussions and learn how to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Contribute to troubleshooting, repairs, and system upgrades under supervision.
Safety & Documentation
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA requirements, and company procedures during installation and maintenance activities.
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation for compliance, quality assurance, and project tracking.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe.
