Our pool maintenance staff cleans, tests, and chemically balances residential swimming pools. Mostly outdoors, full-time.
No experience needed, we can train any candidate with modest mechanical capabilities.
Duties include: working independently, driving a company vehicle to each pool site, testing pool water, brushing and vacuuming pools, adding chemicals as needed, documenting what was done at each job, and communicating with customers.
Hours are approximately 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is a possibility, as is an occasional Saturday.
Requirements include:
- POSITIVE TEAM LIKE MENTALITY
- A current driver's license and good driving record
- Be able to pass a Background check.
- Have the ability to lift and move objects weighing 50 lbs or more.
- Must be able to start work day in the early morning (M-F, 8am – 5pm) Saturdays as needed.
- Use common hand tools
- Have good communication skills.
- Punctuality is a MUST.
- Must be able to work outdoors with possible exposure to inclement weather.
- Must adhere to all job safety regulations and standards.
- Teachable and pleasant attitude
- Clean appearance.
