Flippin’ Live is a fast-growing, community-driven media company built on authentic storytelling, real-world experiences, and high-energy connection. Flippin’ Live is looking for a high-energy, highly skilled Video Producer to capture real stories, real people, and real moments — and turn them into powerful, engaging content across social media.
You’ll be in the field with hosts Anthony & Jenn, filming everything from local businesses to real-life moments and helping turn those into viral, meaningful content.
What You’ll Do:🎬 Field Production
Travel across New England to capture:
- Live segments
- Business features
- Community interactions
- Lifestyle content
- Shoot using professional cameras and iPhones
🎥 Content Creation
- Capture:
- B-roll
- Interviews
- Real-time storytelling moments
- Think on the fly and adapt to real-world situations
✂️ Editing & Delivery
- Edit fast, dynamic, high-quality videos for:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Facebook
- Deliver engaging, story-driven content daily/weekly
📱 Social Media Execution
- Post, manage, and optimize content across platforms
- Understand and act on metrics, trends, and performance
🎤 On-Camera Presence
- Be on camera about 20% of the time as part of the Flippin’ Live brand
- Bring personality, energy, and authenticity
What We’re Looking For:Strong experience in:
- Video production (professional camera + iPhone)
- Lighting, angles, and audio
- Fast-paced editing
- Ability to tell a story — not just shoot video
- Deep understanding of what performs on social media
- Self-starter with high energy and creativity
- Reliable transportation (you’ll be traveling to multiple locations weekly)
- Travel to Florida once a month for content - company paid flights
