Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage incoming calls with courtesy and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain and update records.
• Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to critical documents.
• Welcome and assist visitors, creating a positive and detail-oriented impression.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other events.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate reordering to maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and streamline processes.
• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in managing inbound calls and directing inquiries effectively.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with standard office procedures and equipment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a detail-oriented approach in all interactions.
• Competence in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
