Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronic Assembler with Soldering Skills to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components and devices with precision, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Your expertise in soldering, reading schematics, and working with various electronic parts will be essential to delivering reliable products. Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) using surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole techniques.
- Perform soldering tasks with accuracy, adhering to IPC 610 standards for quality and safety.
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to correctly assemble electrical systems.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and machining equipment to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
- Conduct electrical testing and troubleshooting on assembled units to verify functionality and identify defects.
- Follow manufacturing procedures and quality control protocols to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in electronic assembly, soldering, and working with PCB components.
- Strong knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT), electrical wiring, and schematics interpretation.
- Familiarity with IPC 610 standards for electronic assembly quality.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and machining equipment effectively.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.

Some on the job training will be provided for this position so the applicant can meet the company’s expectations. The applicant is expected to have already developed some of their own skill sets in electronics and manufacturing and blend new learned skills as certain jobs mandate. Many products are small / miniature so excellent eye / hand coordination and finger dexterity is recommended.
Rate of pay is competitive and commensurate with applicable experience, mastered skills and education.
