Overview:Flippin’ Live is a fast-growing, community-driven media company built on authentic storytelling, real-world experiences, and high-energy connection.
Led by Anthony & Jenn Picarello, Flippin’ Live is a mobile, on-the-road show that brings together local businesses, entrepreneurs, and everyday people through engaging, real-life content. We are looking for a Marketing & Production Director to take ownership of the vision, strategy, and execution of Flippin’ Live as it scales into a multi-platform media brand.
This is a high-impact leadership role working directly with the Hosts and Founders to build something special.
What You’ll Own:🎯 Strategy & Vision
- Drive the overall content and growth strategy for Flippin’ Live
- Build a scalable media roadmap across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond
- Define content pillars, weekly segments, and storytelling themes
📍 Production Planning
- Plan and schedule weekly locations, business features, and story arcs
- Coordinate on-the-road execution across New England (and future expansion markets)
- Develop repeatable, sponsor-friendly segments
📊 Growth & Metrics
- Own platform performance (views, engagement, follower growth, conversions)
- Analyze what works and pivot quickly to winning content
- Build systems for consistent, measurable growth
🤝 Sponsorship & Monetization
- Develop sponsorship packages and integrations
- Work with Bath Flip & Roof Flip as founding sponsors
- Create scalable opportunities for future brand partnerships
🎬 Team Leadership
- Lead and manage video producers, influencers, and content creators
- Establish production standards, workflows, and brand consistency
