Job Summary
Southern New Hampshire Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
We’re a busy local service company, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, high call volume environment and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Duties .
- Operate multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain filing systems and assist with document organization.
- High call volume and organizational skills.
- Provide customer support and service to clients, addressing their needs promptly.
- HVAC and Plumbing knowledge is strongly desired
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Support office management tasks, including inventory control and supply ordering.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative functions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
- Ability to route calls efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
