Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | No Weekends | No Holidays
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join a dedicated inpatient rehabilitation team in beautiful Colebrook, New Hampshire. Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical conditions
- Developing individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, endurance, and function
- Utilizing therapeutic exercises, modalities, and functional activities
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educating patients and families on treatment plans and recovery goals
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Active New Hampshire PT license required
- BLS Certification (AHA) required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
