Additional Earning Opportunity:
? Earn an additional $3.00 per hour through our Baylor Program for eligible weekend schedules.
Schedule:
Responsibilities Include:

Providing direct nursing care to residents

Administering medications and treatments
-
Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes

Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Supervising nursing assistants and supporting quality resident care

Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Qualifications:
-
Current RN or LPN license in New Hampshire
-
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
-
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
