KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with an established company local to the Concord, NH area in their search for a Finance Operations Associate. This position is onsite 5 days a week, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule in the future. This position will report to the Manager of Financial Operations.
Responsibilities For This Role Include
- Process high volumes of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide volume metrics and aging updates during weekly management reviews
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Finance teams to support business needs
- Track aging items and escalate when necessary to drive resolution
- Review and validate supporting documentation to ensure completeness and data integrity
- Run and distribute daily workflow and operational reports
Qualifications For This Role Include
- 1+ years of Accounting or Finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, xlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
Compensation: Up to $25/hour DOE
