What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in keeping our production equipment operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and production changeovers.
- Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and equipment drawings.
- Collaborate with operators and supervisors to maximize equipment uptime and line efficiency.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective solutions.
- Optimize machine performance to support production goals and reduce downtime.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.
- Follow all company safety, quality, food safety, and maintenance standards.

- Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, motors, drives, and automated manufacturing systems.

Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree, technical certification, trade school training, or equivalent maintenance education preferred.
Experience & Requirements
- 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in food, beverage, bottling, packaging, or high-speed manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Experience with blow molders, fillers, cappers, conveyors, labelers, packers, palletizers, and wrappers is preferred.
- Familiarity with Krones, Sidel, or similar bottling and packaging systems is a plus.
- Experience working with Siemens, Schneider, B&R, Danfoss, SEW, Mitsubishi, or similar PLC and VFD platforms is a plus.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work safely and professionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
