Property management company in business for more than 35 years is looking for highly skilled finish carpenters. Must have substantial detailed finish carpentry, as well as general repair and unit turnover experience including painting. Position has great potential for long-term employment for qualified applicants.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and building plans.
- Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plywood, and other materials.
- Building and installing doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, walls, and staircases.
- Repairing damaged wooden structures and fixtures.
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely.
- Ensuring work meets building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with other team members or vendors.
