Overview:
We are seeking an Analyst, Global Licensed Operations to support the end-to-end licensed global operations process for assigned product categories. This role is responsible for executing monthly supply planning activities, managing purchase orders, supporting seasonal product launches, coordinating with global partners, and ensuring on-time product delivery across regions. The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is highly organized with strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage seasonal system setup, including PIRs, routings, and other required planning data.
- Execute monthly global buys and seasonal SMS buys across all regions.
- Lead monthly supply planning activities, including reviewing supply needs, executing purchase orders, managing confirmed ready dates (CRDs), and processing delivery change requests.
- Coordinate with regional planning, logistics, vendors, factories, and category teams to communicate delivery updates, reschedules, seasonal timing, and projected supply gaps.
- Prepare and manage shipment support, order tracking, on-time performance reporting, weekly partner reporting, partner meeting logistics, and quarterly partner reviews.
- Execute quarterly global production reporting.
- Provide training and ongoing system support for external vendors and factory partners.
- Serve as a primary operational contact for vendors and factories.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc operational reports to support global supply planning.
- Help ensure on-time and in-full deliveries that meet regional demand requirements.
- Perform system administration and purchase order maintenance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support global licensed operations and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in global supply planning, production planning, operations, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Experience managing purchasing or supply planning workflows in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, order management, or supply chain systems (INFOR experience preferred).
- Experience managing purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor communications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify supply risks and communicate solutions.
- Experience supporting seasonal product launches, planning data, or system setup.
- Strong reporting skills with experience creating recurring and ad hoc operational reports.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including planning, logistics, vendors, factories, and category partners.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
- Experience training or supporting external partners on systems or operational processes is preferred.
