Office Assistant
Location: PLP Composites
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
PLP Composites is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and has experience supporting accounting and general office operations.
Responsibilities
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
· Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
· Perform general administrative and office support duties
· Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and payment processing
· Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice entry and vendor communications
· Maintain accurate filing systems and office records
· Process mail, emails, and other correspondence
· Support office staff with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
· Previous office administration experience preferred
· Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
· Strong customer service and phone communication skills
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
