Financial Operations, [Analyst, Associate, or Manager]
Position Summary
Fox Ridge Capital is seeking a highly organized, technology-solutions-oriented finance operations professional to own the daily execution of the Company's finance operations processes and systems, including accounts payable, expense management, vendor payments, licensing and compliance filings, and finance systems administration. This role may be structured as an Analyst, Associate, or Manager, with title and compensation commensurate with the selected candidate's experience. The ideal candidate enjoys building scalable processes and leveraging technology and automation to drive efficiency across the finance function.
This opportunity could be fully remote dependent on candidate qualifications and experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, trade vendor administration, and employee expense management.
- Support revenue recognition, invoicing, and broker/partner payment processes.
- Maintain licensing, permits, and compliance filings, coordinating with third-party providers as needed.
- Administer sales and property tax compliance activities.
- Support the monthly accounting close through journal entries, reconciliations, and operational reporting.
- Identify and implement process automation and systems improvements across finance platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in financial operations, accounting operations, or treasury operations, with level (Analyst, Associate, or Manager) based on years of experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems and business applications; advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills and a process- and technology-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Rippling, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a significant plus.
- Experience with process automation and systems integration.
- Equipment finance, leasing, banking, or specialty finance experience.
