Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and loving Preschool Teachers to join our growing team in both Full-Time and Part-Time capacities. In this role, you will help design engaging, child-centered learning experiences, build meaningful relationships with students and families, and contribute to a vibrant classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, safe, and nurturing classroom environment where young children feel valued and supported.
- Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and active learning.
- Observe and document children's progress, social development, and individual learning journeys.
- Maintain open, warm, and professional communication with parents and school leadership.
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators and staff to enhance our curriculum and school community.
- Foster independence, self-expression, and positive social-emotional growth in early learners.
Qualifications
- Strong passion for early childhood education and working with young children.
- Previous experience teaching or working in a preschool or early childhood setting preferred.
- Coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- A supportive, patient, and collaborative mindset.
