We're looking for a Dental Hygienist who wants to grow, with a team that treats hygiene as central to the practice rather than an add-on. Your Day-to-Day as a Dental Hygienist
- Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements
- Build trust through clear education for patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health
- Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan
- Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment
Your Expertise as a Dental Hygienist will include:
- Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both the team and patients
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, Open Dental experience would be an added bonus
